Join Chef Julie Frans, Community and Culinary Director of The Doral Yard, for a special sneak peak into the behind-the-scenes of della bowls, and taste what all the hype is about!

Lilia Pozos of Your Green Mermaid will also take the stage to discuss about what you put ON your body and how it is as important as what you put IN your body. She’ll also help us to understand a bit more about the relationship between food choices, cosmetics, and the environment.

During the culinary portion, you’ll learn cooking techniques we use at della bowls, getting an in-depth look at our ingredient selections and the art of perfect bowl-building. The class will finish with sample bowls for all participants.
