Bring your kiddos for a fun morning session of movement challenges and breathing exercises. This class will be led by a certified children’s yoga instructor, Paola Gonzalez. No experience is necessary–just come ready to have fun! Parents can also participate in the class.

Considerations:

* Bring your mat and a bottle of water

* Wear comfortable clothes

* Outdoors in a covered area
