The Backyard will house a larger live music stage, covered turf and outdoor seating area, casual self-serve seating, indoor and outdoor events, an outdoor bar, a garden by Little River Cooperative, private events space, a large screen for showing movies and sporting events, and more.

We are now hiring for The Backyard Bar and Barbakoa by Finka, a full service restaurant by Chef Eileen Andrade of Finka Table & Tap and featuring a fusion menu revolving around coal-fired fresh ingredients.

Enjoy on-the spot interviews with complimentary bites and drink at an in-person Hiring Fair at The Doral Yard on Monday, Aug. 30 from 2 p.m. – 6 p.m.

No RSVP required. Simply bring your mask and a resume!

We are hiring immediately for bartenders, bar backs, and bar manager and supervisor positions. And, throughout the month of August, we are hiring for all front and back of house positions for our full-service restaurant, including bar staff, cooks, and service staff.

Full-time positions will include health benefits after a trial period as well as cash reward initiatives, end-of-year bonuses and motivational performance incentives.

At the Virtual Hiring Fair on Aug. 24th, you’ll meet team members and hear firsthand what it’s like to work at The Doral Yard, learn more about our community gathering space and events hub and sign up for an interview.
