Earth Day Sustainable Cooking Class with della bowls + Debris Free Oceans

FreeHappy Earth Month! The Doral Yard’s plant-based culinary vendor, della bowls, and Debris Free Oceans are so excited to celebrate living sustainably on our beautiful planet.
Debris Free Oceans will kick off the one-hour interactive online event event by discussing how a holistic approach to reducing all types of waste is necessary for a sustainable and regenerative future, including waste in the form of food and greenhouse gas emissions.
Then, Chef Julie Frans of della bowls will take it away, teaching us how to make the special Debris Free Oceans Earth Day Bowl, a delicious low-waste, plant-based meal including organic free trade tri-color quinoa, mixed baby greens, funche (corn fritters), marinated beet and heirloom tomato salsa, grilled zucchini and topped with Julie’s amazing Green Herb Sauce and crispy spiced chickpeas.
You’ll receive a shopping list ahead of time so that you can cook along with Chef Julie and the recipe after the workshop.
