Outdoor class for babies between 6 weeks – 12 month (no walkers)
Bond with your baby and make mom friends in a Postnatal Yoga class! This is a fun activity for infants that provides many benefits like stress relief, exercise and more!
Class led by Paola Gonzalez, certified Yoga Instructor (200 RYT) and Kids Yoga Teacher.
Considerations:
– Bring your yoga mat
– Bring a bottle of water
– Bring a blanket
