Make your Thanksgiving supper like no other with a little help from one of Miami’s favorite chefs, Chef Eileen Andrade of Finka Table & Tap, at Barbakoa by Finka, her newly-opened restaurant at The Doral Yard!
Join Chef Eileen as she leads you through a hands-on tutorial on how to brine a Thanksgiving turkey like a pro, resulting in a succulent, fall-off-the-bone tender bird that you get to take home. You’ll also take home a printed recipe with instructions on how to finish cooking your turkey at home on Thanksgiving Day.
The $75 “Turkey Ticket” includes the turkey, brine ingredients, prepping tools and take-home instructions along with a wine tasting of four wines and passed bites for one person.
Purchase additional “My Companion” tickets for your table at $50 per person to include wine tasting of four wines and passed bites per ticket (excludes turkey & prep). Max of 3 “My Companion” tickets per table.
